The problem is very common and to be very honest many of us have faced that in some or the other interview where is clearly understandable that the interviewer is “playing rogue” purposefully. If this becomes a regular practice then in the long run it is very damaging for the organization. It makes the organization unpopular and prospective candidates do not want to join this company.
